President/CEO
Dr. Isaac Godfrey brings over 15 years of experience in global commodity trading, beginning in the oil and gas sector, where he facilitated sales of Bonny Light Crude Oil and refined products from European refineries. He later expanded into precious commodities like gold, diamonds, and gemstones, forming partnerships with miners across Africa.
Dr. Godfrey’s expertise grew to include a diverse range of commodities—such as sugar, rice, and vegetable oil—and financial instruments like MTNs, SBLCs, and bonds. Now, as President and CEO of Gisac Inc., he leverages his extensive network and global partnerships to serve clients worldwide.
Dr. Godfrey holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including Haven University in Garden Grove, California.
Staling Sierra
Vice President
Staling Sierra is a seasoned professional in the commodity business with extensive experience in global trade and sourcing. Over the years, he has worked with nations across diverse markets, honing his expertise in navigating both international and local supply chains. His deep understanding of trade dynamics, strategic partnerships, and negotiations has made him a trusted figure in the industry.
Throughout his career, Staling has facilitated smooth cross-border trade, ensuring the efficient flow of goods while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Known for his adaptability to market changes and commitment to sustainable business practices, he continues to make impactful contributions to global trade. His integrity and reliability further cement his reputation as a leader in the commodity sector.
Danielle Godfrey
CFO
Danielle Godfrey is a Certified Public Accountant and founder of SetApart Accountancy Corp., a Los Angeles-based CPA firm specializing in supporting startups launching crowdfunding campaigns. With an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Denver, Danielle has over a decade of experience, including work with two Big Four accounting firms. Her expertise spans real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and high-net-worth individuals.
A published author and fluent in English and French, Danielle has lived on three continents.
